Stir Crazy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 Cups sugar
    1/2 Cup cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 Cup cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Cups cold coffee (or cold water)
    1/4 Cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put flour, 1 1/2 Cups sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 13 X 9 X 2 inch metal baking pan.
    Stir with a fork to mix; form 3 wells in flour mixture.
    Pour oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in the other.
    Pour cold coffee over all ingredients and stir with fork until well mixed.
    Do not beat. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350 for 35-49 minutes.
