Hi Brow Walleye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillets
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope sour cream mix
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Simmer fish until it flakes with a fork.
    Cook onion in butter until clear or tender.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add 1 cup milk; stir until thick.
    Add cheese; prepare sour cream.
    Add fish, mushrooms and peas.
    Put in buttered baking dish, crumbs on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Very good.
