Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, boiled and boned
6 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked rice
4 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1 small can pimiento, cut up
1/2 can ripe black olives, cut up
8 eggs, beaten
2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken, saving broth. Add broth, rice, bread crumbs, pimiento, black olives and eggs. Put in baking dish and spread undiluted mushroom soup over top. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. After removing from oven, sprinkle oregano on top.
