Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta and cream cheese thoroughly and then add sugar gradually.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
