60 Minute Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine water, milk and butter.
    Heat over low heat until very warm, 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add to dry ingredients \"slowly.\"
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.
