Tomato And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Progresso plum tomatoes, drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add drained whole tomatoes and artichokes.
    Add basil; mix.
    Do not mash.
    Arrange in small buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
    Serves 4.
    Nice with meat or fish.
