3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients.
Stir in coconut.
Cook until thick. Put into deep pre-cooked pie crust.
Top with egg whites; sprinkle with coconut.
Cook until brown.
