Brandied Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 large eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
    2 c. Brandied Fruit
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add dry (sifted) ingredients, then add the applesauce and the Brandied Fruit.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add raisins, coconut and nuts.
