Duchess Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. firm mashed potatoes
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and
    put in pastry bag.
    Squeeze on cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
