Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. very finely chopped cabbage (1 head)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. shredded carrot, fine (1 medium)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Combine all other ingredients, beat until smooth.
Add cabbage and carrots; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Be sure slaw sets full 2 hours in refrigerator before serving for full flavor.
