Crunchy Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stiff mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely chopped ham
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add enough flour to stiffen.
    Chill.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in cornflakes.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 dozen.
