Shrimp Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp cheese
    2 c. thin onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. celery
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion. Blend flour and seasoning. Add water. Stir in vegetables.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese is melted.
    Garnish with shredded cheese.
