Easy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown cubes
    1 chopped onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add everything else except crumbs; mix well.
    (Optional:
    Can add a little garlic salt, dill weed, salt and pepper at this point.)
    Put mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan; flatten it down.
    Top with a thick layer of bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
