Creamed Spinach Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream of potato soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 slices Cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and top with cheese.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
