Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 fresh large mushrooms
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Remove stems and caps from mushrooms.
    Mix crab meat, egg, bread or cracker crumbs, dash of salt, garlic salt to taste and Parmesan cheese together.
    Stuff mushrooms. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake again until cheese turns golden brown. Serve.
