Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
9-inch unbaked pie shell (deep)
Preparation

Beat together sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs and milk, beating well.
Beat in flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and rind.
Pour in pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until custard is set.
