Peach Cobbler Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans sliced peaches (16 oz.)
1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding)
3/4 c. Amaretto
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Drain 1 can of peaches and arrange peach slices in 9 x 12 baking dish. Pour second can of peaches with the juice over arranged peaches. Swirl in Amaretto. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Cover with slivers (1/8-inch thick) of butter. Cobbler is done when it is bubbling and lightly browned.
