Peanut Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
    4 1/4 c. crispy rice cereal
    1 c. unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    Lightly butter 13 x 9-inch baking pan; set aside.
    In 3-quart saucepan, combine butter, peanut butter and half the chocolate pieces.
    Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate melts.
    Add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
    Stir in cereal and peanuts.
