Spicy Whirligig Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm, not hot, water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
    1/2 c. soft butter or fluffy golden shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    7 c. sifted flour (about)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm, not hot, water.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Allow the combined milk, butter and eggs to be lukewarm.
    When cooled, add to yeast mixture.
    Add enough flour to make a soft ball of dough.
    Knead on a floured board until smooth and elastic.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Oil top of dough.
    Cover. Place in oven alongside a saucepan of boiling water.
    At intervals, reheat the water to boiling.
