Tailgate Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf round bread
    1 1/2 lb. savoy cabbage
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. hard salami
    1 lb. chipped ham
    3 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Grate cabbage.
    Mix mayonnaise with mustard; mix with cabbage .
    Slice loaf in half. Pull out soft insides of each half.
    Spread bottom half with 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise.
    Layer ham, salami and tomatoes.
    Put coleslaw atop.
    Place top half over bottom.
