Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. chopped, fresh tomato
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add carrot, onion, pepper, cucumber and tomato; mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in refrigerator.
Serve with crackers, chips or bite size fresh vegetables.
