Strawfolt (Honey Clusters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Peanut oil
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat peanut oil in fryer to 365\u00b0.
Place in large bowl 2 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt.
Make well in center of flour.
Add three eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Add vanilla - mix well to make a soft dough.
If necessary, add 1 - 2 tablespoons water.
