Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Grease muffin tins very generously.
Set tins in refrigerator to chill.
Mix ingredients together with wire whisk or a fork very vigorously until well blended.
Fill the cold tins 1/3 or 1/2 full.
Place in cold oven.
Turn oven to 450\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes. Insert toothpick into top of each popover after you take them from the oven to release steam.
