Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. Crisco oil
6 oz. butterscotch bits

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs, vanilla, apples, water and oil.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased and floured. Sprinkle butterscotch bits over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
