Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. minced green peppers
1/2 c. chopped cucumbers
1/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp salt
2 8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp ranch dressing mix
Preparation

Combine vegetables well.
Beat remaining ingredients until fluffy.
Fold in vegetables allow to chill several hours.
