Smoked Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage links, chopped
6 large chopped white potatoes
12 oz. bag grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 c. water
Preparation

In large pan, saut onions and butter or margarine over medium heat until brown.
Stir in water, chopped sausage and potatoes.
Continue to stir until potatoes are fully cooked.
Pour mixture into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Spread Cheddar cheese evenly across top of mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
