Hearty Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 leg quarters
    3 stalks celery
    3 carrots
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
    bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. Cavender's seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Saute celery, carrots and garlic in olive oil. Stir in chicken and cook for about 2 minutes.
    Add Cavender's seasoning and crushed fennel seeds.
    Mix water with chicken bouillon cubes and combine with veggies and bay leaves. Simmer for about an hour.
    It's great with cornbread.
    It's also good for colds!
