Orange Crush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. fresh Florida orange juice
2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
2 Tbsp. orange extract
Preparation

Set ice cream out at room temperature several hours before preparation.
When partially melted, blend all ingredients together and serve chilled.
Garnish glasses with fresh strawberries or orange slices.
Makes 25 to 30 servings.
Great for brunch.
