Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts and cut into bite size pieces. Mix mayonnaise, soup, onion, celery and broth. Add chicken.
Place 1/2 package of stuffing mix on bottom of pan; spread mixture on top. Top with rest of stuffing mix; bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until it is bubbly and brown on top.
Use a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
