Pk Special Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. round steak
    Flour
    Salt and Pepper
    Cooking Oil
Preparation
    Place the steak on a floured board and cover with a coating of flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pound, pound, pound! Turn the meat over several times during this tenderizing process, adding another thin layer of flour each time. The more flour you pound into it, the better the end result will be. Cut the meat into serving portions and fry in hot oil until brown and crispy. Remove each piece to a serving platter and cover to keep it hot. The steak may also be placed in a crockpot with a small amount of water to keep it hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
