Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
    In a small bowl, mix egg, bananas, milk and oil. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
