Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. enriched flour, sifted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. fat or oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order.
    Makes soft dough.
    Drop dumplings from spoon into hot broth.
    Cover and steam for 12 to 15 minutes without lifting cover.
