Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. room temperature whipping cream
Preparation
    Pour whipping cream into 6 small baby food jars.
    Screw lids on very securely.
    Shake vigorously until thick and pale yellow. Drain off any whitish liquid and save it for tasting.
    Salt the butter and serve on crackers, flapjacks or hot biscuits.
