Scalloped Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
    6 slices dry bread, cubed
Preparation
    Combine eggs,
    sugar and butter in large bowl.\tFold in crushed pineapple
    and
    bread
    cubes.
    Pour
    into buttered 9 x 12-inch baking
    pan,
    Pyrex is best.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
