Fancy Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Slice each hot dog in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, crumble onions with your fingers.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
    Combine potatoes, butter, onions, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13-inch dish and blend well.
    Combine soup and milk in a small bowl.
    Pour 3/4 of the soup mixture over the potato mixture and blend.
    Arrange hot dogs, cut side down, on top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle reserved 2 tablespoons onions on top and pour remaining soup mixture over onions.
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
