Old Fashioned Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pot roast (chuck or round)
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
    2 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown roast over medium heat.
    Add onion soup mix blended with water.
    Simmer, covered, turning occasionally 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
    If desired, thicken gravy.
    Makes 6 servings.
