Self-Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer) pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 egg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Make cake mix according to the package directions.
    Fill paper bake cups in muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Cream the cream cheese with the sugar.
    Beat in egg and salt. Stir in the chocolate pieces.
    Drop one rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture into each cupcake.
    Bake as per cake mix directions.
    Makes about 30.
