Southern Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 c. pecan halves
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet.
Add cumin and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir for one minute.
Remove from heat; stir in pecans, sugar and salt until well coated.
Spread in single layer in a greased baking dish (13 x 10).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Store in airtight container.
