Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oatmeal (quick)
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Soak buttermilk and oats for 1 hour.
    Cream together oil, brown sugar, salt and egg.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and soda.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 12 muffins.
