Crunch Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. ice water
    1 clove garlic, grated
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
    In a
    bowl,
    make a batter by
    mixing
    together
    the flour, egg,
    ice
    water\tand garlic. In\ta
    shallow
    dish, place the
    bread
    crumbs.
    Dip chicken first in batter, turning to coat evenly,\tthen
    in the bread crumbs, rolling
    to
    coat.\tIn
    a large frying pan, fill with oil 1/2-inch, so chicken fits with ease.
    Drain chicken.
