1 (12-inch) frozen prebaked pizza crust, thawed
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Romano
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. shredded Fontinella cheese
1/2 c. diced tomato
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 thin slices Prosciutto, diced
Preparation

Spread crust with butter; toast under broiler.
Set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Spread over crust.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with remaining ingredients.
