Creamy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
poppy seed

Preparation

Boil chicken and debone. Cut in chunks.
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and mushrooms together and put in casserole.
Crumble crackers with melted butter and sprinkle poppy seed on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
