German Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c evaporated milk
    1 c sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Cook over low to medium heat until thickened.
    Add 3/4 c shredded coconut and 1 c chopped pecans.
    Beat until cooled. Spread over cooled chocolate cake.
