Stir-Fry Vegetables With Baked Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. flavored, baked tofu
3/4 oz. garlic, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 c. hot water (not boiling)
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 medium onion, sliced vertically
1/3 c. raw cashews
1 head broccoli
1 medium carrot
1/3 red bell pepper
Preparation

Slice tofu 1/4 to 1/8-inch thick.
Cut broccoli florets about 3/4-inch long.
Peel carrot and broccoli; stalk should be sliced diagonally.
Cut pepper into 1/2-inch pieces.
