Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, with crusts removed
    1 lb. fried, crumbled sausage
    2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan:
    white bread, sausage and cheese.
    Blend together and pour over the layers: milk, salt, eggs, mustard and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
