Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. green mixed vegetables
    1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. frozen chef's season (ground)
    1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook the frozen mixed vegetables.
    Cook the turkey or chicken until done but not brown. Add to cooked vegetables.
    Add the onions, chef's season, V-8 juice and rice.
    Simmer for about 1 hour. Can freeze and reheat. Gets better each time.
