Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Slice enough apples to fill 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Add 1/4 cup water to apples and sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over top.
Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, baking soda and egg.
Sprinkle mixture over apples.
Pour melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 degrees until golden brown.
Top with Vanilla Sauce.
