Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    After peeling and cubing potatoes, generously sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
