Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
salt to taste
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, bananas and buttermilk. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture, a small amount at a time; mix until smooth.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased pans.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
