Cheese And Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
-
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Lay potatoes.
Microwave potatoes until almost cooked.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Bake until nicely brown (about 40 minutes) at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0.
